Established in 1995 as Dikgale HDSS in rural Capricorn District, Limpopo, South Africa. Expanded in 2018 to include the Mamabolo and Mothiba traditional authorities and renamed DIMAMO PHRC, now covering ~116,000 residents. A SAPRIN node followed three times per year with demographic surveillance plus annual bio-behavioural surveys of adults 15+.
